DELIVERY CHARGES TO YOUR AREA:-

Standard delivery to most Mainland UK postcodes is just £24.95 (economy delivery for underlay and accessories ONLY is available for £16.95) which covers the first item in your basket, all other items purchased at the same time are delivered without any additional delivery charge. The exception to this is for deliveries to Scottish postcodes AB (all) IV (all) KW (all) PA20 upwards PH15 upwards where the delivery cost is £69.95 regardless of order size, due to the higher costs of transportation. Deliveries to Isle of Wight are also charged at £69.95

Delivery can be to your place of business, to home or to site, please specify when ordering.

UNDERLAY & ACCESSORIES:-

Economy delivery for just £16.95 is available on underlay and accessory orders (not carpet, vinyl or other floorcoverings) which are estimated to be delivered in 3-5 working days, although we do suggest allowing a little extra time to allow for unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, mechanical breakdown, road closure or logistics issues. Please do not book tradesmen until the goods are in your possession. Outlying and remote areas may take a little longer. Standard delivery time for underlay and accessory deliveries is usually 1-2 days if the Economy Delivery option is not selected at checkout.

CARPETS:-

Most of our carpet and flooring ranges are despatched in just a few days, subject to stock availability. After being cut and wrapped at the factory, the goods arrive at our distribution depot from where you are contacted to arrange a convenient delivery date.

For urgent carpet and floorcovering orders it is advised that you contact us, either by e-mail or telephone to check stock availability, as just occasionally there may be a slight delay in despatch if there is particularly high demand for a specific product and colour.

Our delivery area is mainland England, Wales and Scotland. For offshore deliveries, please contact us for a delivery quote.

Please see our full Terms and Conditions for more information.

FAQ's

How much carpet do I need to order?

Always allow at least 10 cm above the actual room size, to allow for trimming and to ensure a snug fit.

How accurate are carpet sizes supplied?

Lengths are supplied to at least a minimum of the size ordered, but can occasionally be a little longer if there is a suitable stock piece to satisfy your requirements. Widths, however, are subject to a manufacturing tolerance of +/- 1.25% and this should be taken into account when calculating what size to order.

How much underlay do I need?

Sometimes less than the amount of carpet needed. This is because when ordering a carpet you would normally choose the appropriate width available and there may be a little waste. But underlay is meant to be cut and joined, you can therefore order an amount closer to the actual size of the area.

How do I join underlay?

It is always best to tape joins to avoid movement, both during and after installation. A cloth single sided tape is best, but a budget priced tape will often suffice.

Which way up do I lay the underlay?

If there is a printed side, then this is usually laid uppermost. If there is no printing, but one side is relatively plain and the other side coloured, it is usually the plain side uppermost. If the underlay has a paper backing, this is laid uppermost.
